In 2019, Roman authored The Baber Report which called for a reset to the Ford Government’s proposed overhaul to Ontario’s Autism Program. The Baber Report was endorsed by Ontario’s autism community and was largely credited for the Government’s retreat from its February 2019 Autism Plan.
