Kelly Brown is a Toronto, Ontario based career finance professional and an independent investor in public companies. In the last eight months, he has applied his analytical capabilities and experience to the COVID19 case and mortality data, and has shared his findings vocally on Twitter. Mr. Brown, like many others, has found that mortality risk is extremely age stratified, and thinks that the current public health policy, consisting of mainly broad-based lockdowns, does not reflect this reality, and carries disproportionate collateral harms. Kelly believes public health policy, governments and the media are myopically focused on case transmission, and that we should be focused more on mortality risk, as we know where and in whom it exists.
